Because we both live on the mainland, they even went to check out the lots for us and prepared a live video chat so that we could view the lots. Super efficient in communicating and efficient with documentation, and accommodated our schedule. Tim is very knowledgeable when it comes to construction and offered invaluable advice to us (should we decide to build in the future). If you want top notch service from two down to earth individuals, they are the ones you want working for you. Without hesitation, this the team you want, whether you are selling or buying.

Leading up to me buying my place they where very professional and quick to respond to all questions and if they didn't know the answer right away they found it always within the same day and usually within the hour.
